Apartment interior with high ceilings – an ideal front of work for a real specialist. The proof of this is the original project of the designer Jonathan Thomas (an employee of the company ArchJT Architecture and Visualization), who purchased his home in the Scottish city of Edinburgh. It consisted of two rooms and a kitchen, but, using all his knowledge and experience, Thomas made a two-level apartment out of it, fixing a monolithic slab over one of the bedrooms.
As a result, he and his wife received a spacious living room with a long table in the center, a seating area consisting of a fireplace and two armchairs, a cozy bedroom, a compact kitchen and a work area located on the second floor, which can be accessed by a convenient staircase with glass railings.
A light palette, a large number of transparent and mirrored surfaces, huge windows – all this creates an airy and positive atmosphere in which modern and antique details organically coexist.
Would you trust Thomas to redevelop your apartment?
